Rates & Information

Rates are inclusive of taxes.  Inquire about Specials.

Payment:

30% is due at the time of booking by traveler's cheque, credit card, money order or personal cheque.

The balance is due 45 days prior to commencement of the booking along with the security deposit.

If booking is less than 30 days in advance, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

A security deposit of $400 is required. The deposit is refundable within 30 days after the end of the booking, subject to any charges for damage, breakage or excess cleaning.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of payment as noted above and completion of a Rental Agreement.

If you cancel a confirmed booking, you are liable for full payment. However, we will try to rebook the rental period. If we are successful, the amount received will be deducted from the amount paid less a $50 processing fee.

Check in: 4:00 p.m.

Check out: 11:00 a.m.

Early check in or late check out may be arranged by special request if other bookings allow.

Pet Policy:

Cats and dogs must be on recognized anti-flea medication such as Program or Advantage. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or on the beds. Guests must provide sleeping accommodations for their pets such as a travel carrier or basket. Guests must ensure that dog droppings are not left on the property. If cats use a litter box, the litter contents must be removed from the property when you depart. Pet owners are responsible for damage caused by their animals.

Attention:

Some areas of the property are high bank and unfenced. The stairs to the dock are steep and the dock is also not fenced. Young children must be supervised at all times.
